本サービスは、ライブチャットの流量、アクティビティ、視聴者エンゲージメントトレンドを表示するために、YouTube API Servicesを利用します。
Modra is a real-time YouTube live chat analysis dashboard designed to visualize live chat activity and audience engagement trends.
This service uses YouTube API Services to display live chat activity, chat activity trends, and message velocity insights.
Modra は、ユーザーが明示的に認証した場合に限り、以下の Google / YouTube データへアクセスします。
これらのデータは、認証、ライブチャットの可視化、およびユーザーが明示的に実行する機能の提供のためにのみ使用されます。

Modra does not maintain any backend database or server-side storage of user data.
Certain configuration data, including OAuth credentials, API keys, and user-provided settings, may be stored locally within the user's browser localStorage and remain under the user's control.
Live chat data retrieved from YouTube APIs is processed temporarily for real-time functionality and is not permanently retained by Modra.

User data is never sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties.
Google user data is used exclusively within the Modra application and is never disclosed to advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, AI platforms, or other external organizations.
The only data transfers performed by the application are direct communications between the user's browser and official Google / YouTube API endpoints.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data and ensure secure communication with Google APIs.

Because Modra maintains no backend databases, data retention is entirely under the user's control.
Data persists only until the user clears browser storage or uses the Reset Settings & Logout feature.
Users can immediately delete all stored data at any time by using the "Reset Settings & Logout" button on the Settings page.
OAuth access can be revoked at any time via Google account permissions.
YouTube API Servicesから取得したデータは、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use requirements を含む）に準拠し、ユーザー向け機能の提供目的にのみ使用されます。
取得したユーザーデータは、広告、プロファイリング、または第三者提供には使用されません。
Google API から取得したデータは、汎用的な人工知能モデルまたは機械学習モデルの学習、再学習、改善のために使用されることはありません。
Data retrieved through YouTube API Services is used only for user-facing functionality in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
User data is never used for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.
Modra does not transfer Google user data to external AI models or third-party analytics platforms.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is never used to develop, improve, retrain, or operate generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
